Less than €30,000: flat rate of €3,000 including VAT
From €30,001 to €70,000: flat rate of €5,000 including VAT

De 150 001€ à 200 000€ : 6,5%
De 200 001€ à 400 000€ : 6%
De 400 001€ à 600 000€ : 5,5%
Over €600,001: exclusive only
Exclusive mandate
According to the market value of the property

From €30,001 to €70,000: flat rate of €4,500 including VAT

In the context of a valuation report requested by the solicitor, the service would be charged at €100 including VAT (travel costs included). This amount would be refunded if the valuation report leads to the signing of an exclusive mandate with our agency.
